KIS Group is a Norwegian Company that has been active in the hoisting and lifting industry for over 35 years, supplying, and maintaining cranes of all well-known brands ranging from light to large hoisting systems, as well as gantry cranes and mobile and column swivel boat lifts. KIS takes responsibility for the development, maintenance, and training of the hoisting installations, always prioritizing safety. KIS Group is a stable organization that grows continuously and steadily and is also financially healthy.
Onze opdracht
Due to changes in management we needed to recruit personnel with a profile suitable for our organization. It was of great importance to make sure that both the soft and hard skills where in line with out company profile, values and culture.
We decided to cooperate with Eqib based on their local knowledge and the feeling that Eqib understood our need and what we were looking for in the initial talks. The process Eqib presented made us feel safe that we had the same goal, to find the right person for the role.
Het resultaat
During the process Eqib communicated frequently to update on progress. A long list became a short list of potential candidates and interviews was carried out with participation of personnel from Eqib. This made a good balance in the interviews between the professional and the more personal part. At the final selection process, we could confirm our impressions of the candidates with a selection of tests. The outcome of these tests helped us confirm the profile of the candidate.
