About you

  • Experience in the construction/contractor industry
  • Multiple years of experience in a relevant sales/project management position
  • Sales and negotiating skills, self starter 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • Language skills: strong command of both spoken and written Dutch and English

Your responsibility

In this new position of Business Developer at CHISA A/S you will be responsible for setting up the Dutch market. It is a senior position and you can own it a bit like it is your own company. The position is a combination of business development and sales. You must know what the market trends are in the construction industry in the Netherlands and look for opportunities. An independent position but you will get all the help you need from your Danish colleagues. You will report to the Danish management team.

Your concrete tasks include:

  • Responsible for expanding business throughout the Netherlands
  • Create a sales plan
  • Sales responsible
  • Give training to the customers
  • Build good relations with customers
  • Negotiate about (long term) contracts

About your new employer & colleagues

With CHISA, you get an all-in-one system where documentation and data from your construction project are gathered in one place. Here you get control of finances, agreement forms, communication and case documents. Both during construction and during the subsequent warranty period. 

The company was established in 2017 by the owner John Theisen, who is a former contractor and therefore knows the challenges of entrepreneurs in relation to delivering the project in the right quality, on time and within budget. The software is therefore deeply rooted in the contractor industry and developed by experts within both the software and the contractor industry. It is created by professionals for professionals and is based on a thorough understanding of their customers’ profession and industry.

The CHISA A/S Team

At this moment the total CHISA A/S team consists of 10 persons: CFO (Philip), CEO (Claus), Sales Manager (Marc), Product Owner (Adrian), Software Engineer (Flemming), Software Engineer (Nicolaj), Customer & Sales Support (Jim) and 2 developers and a PM in Polan. A group of men who trust each other, they are all equal, who work as a team, are open and transparent and all have the same goal: make the customer happy.
